This Birmingham development comprised 53 units across two adjacent sites.
Our in-house design team worked alongside the principal designers to produce a permanent solution for retaining the embankment.
We also advised that a steel angle welded to the front of the king post and panel wall could act as a footing for the planned brick skin wall, covering the engineered works and giving the new homeowners a walled-garden finish.
